Thank you for choosing Collins Law Office, P.A.
Our office helps people with planned, and (often) unplanned, transitions in their lives. Julia N. Estrem, Esq. and Robert H. Collins, Esq. can help with simple wills to complex trusts for estate planning and other purposes. With years of experience we can help our clients plan for complex life changes. We can assist people who have lost a loved one and need to navigate the probate process.
We can help people getting into business, or transitioning their business by creating corporations or limited liability companies, adding or removing owners, and buying or selling those companies or the assets of them.
Additionally, we help many people buy or sell real estate on their own, develop real estate, create or advise owner associations, adjust boundary lines, create or modify easements, and assist with creating or terminating liens. Each year there are many families and other private parties we help buy or sell property without a real estate agent.
Collins Law Office, P.A. received the 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022 Forest Lake Times Readers' Choice Award for "Best of the Best Lawyer/Attorney."
Over the years, Collins Law Office, P.A. has developed an extensive list of referral partners through various grass-roots networking organizations, the Forest Lake Area Chamber of Commerce, and other various professional relationships. If we need to include other professions while helping you achieve your legal goals, we are well-prepared to do so.

Julia N. Estrem, Esq. graduated from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota with a Bachelor of Arts in History. She earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of St. Thomas School of Law in 2015.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Julia provided personal care to individuals often in their later stages of life as a home health aide. This experience helped her develop a passion for her current work. Through both observation and personal experience, Julia saw first-hand how a well-crafted estate plan can give comfort to individuals and their families. Since law school, Julia has worked in private practice providing services in estate planning, probate, and real estate. She takes the time to ensure her clients know what their legal options are and that they understand how these options will affect not only their future but the future of their families. Julia consistently strives to find the best possible solution for each individual client’s unique legal situation all while providing a sensitive and easy to understand approach.
Julia grew up in central Minnesota, but now resides with her family in the Forest Lake area. She enjoys traveling, hiking, camping, boating, and spending time with friends and family.
